Rachel Roy RTW SS 2013

I want to start off by saying Rachel Roy is probably one of my favorite designers. She, among a few others, perfects femininity and sophisticated looks... and every collection gets better. This season, some fabrics includes silk and chiffon, which scream sexy. She describes these pieces as "dreamy and emotional". Here a few of my favorite.
